Great Bowden Visual Arts Group has held two successful annual exhibitions. Last year (2007) we had over 100 works of art on display and some 200 visitors.

This year’s exhibition is scheduled to be part of the Great Bowden Village Festival 2008 and will again take place in the beautifully renovated Village Hall. Exhibits will include paintings, textiles, ceramics, sculpture, photography and woodturning.

Our exhibition provides the opportunity for artists in the local community to show their talents. This years’ show takes place on Sunday 24th and Monday 25th of August 2008, between 10am and 5pm on both days. Admission is free and most works are for sale.

Please do come along and support your local artists – and maybe purchase an original work of art.
