Exhibitions

Great Bowden Visual Arts Group has held three successful annual exhibitions. Last year (2008) we had 126 works of art on display and over 500 visitors.

This year’s exhibition will again take place in the beautifully renovated Village Hall, and is likely to include paintings, textiles, ceramics, sculpture, photography and woodturning.

Our exhibition provides the opportunity for artists in the local community to show their talents. This years’ show takes place on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th October 2009, between 10am and 5pm on both days. Admission is free and most works are for sale.

Please do come along and support your local artists – and maybe purchase an original work of art.
